Utrecht Dance Center turns your children's party into a dance spectacle! Have your party in a real dance studio and learn a cool choreo to music chosen by you. At the end of the workshop there can be a performance for all the parents.
The Takes is a unique project developed especially for advanced dancers. Within just four hours, participants learn a complete choreography, which is then filmed on location by a professional videographer. The project provides an inspiring environment with high energy, strengthens the group connection and lifts the training to a higher level.
This concept was created by Cher, owner of UDC, in collaboration with her dedicated UDC team.
Each year UDC hosts a major theater show, where we work toward an impressive performance on stage in 7 class hours/class weeks. Dancers register in advance for the show and train during this period with a fixed group, divided by teacher and style. Together they work intensively on choreography, performance and group spirit.
During preparations, some classes will be exclusive to the show groups and therefore will not be open to trial students. At the same time, classes will remain open in the schedule for dancers who do not wish to participate in the show, so that everyone can continue to train in a way that suits them.
